Kokopo Beach Bungalow Resort - Near Tokua
Kokopo Beach Bungalow Resort is 15 km from Tokua. Hauswin Restaurant features views of Mt Tavurvur and Duke of York Islands. Hauswin Restaurant is built in a traditional style with local timber poles and a sago roof. The resort provides opportunities to visit the Kokopo Museum, which hosts war relics and reminders of the Japanese and German occupation of East New Britain. The resort offers a conference venue.
Dining options include Hauswin Restaurant, which offers multicuisine and connects to the Lulak bar and lounge. Hauswin Cafe offers all-day dining. Guests can enjoy canapés prepared with locally-sourced produce or a 3-course dinner prepared by international chefs. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available.
Leisure activities include a half-day trip to Pigeon Island, a nature reserve with marine life. Guests can visit the Kokopo market.
